Design Process
At Asie Graphics, I believe that a great design process is essential to creating high-quality and impressive portraits and photographs. Once you have placed your order please email me your images to asiegraphics@gmail.com and add your name as the email subject. We then send you your designed portrait/photo for you to approve. In the rare event you are unhappy with anything about your portrait/photo I will work with you to refine the design until it meets your expectations absolutely free of charge.
Design Approval
After you have received your perfect portrait/photograph and have approved your design proof the design is then finalised, I will then send it to you in your chosen file format/s for your use. At Asie Graphics, I am committed to delivering high-quality designs that meet your needs and exceed your expectations and I am always here to help with any aspect of your design process.
Design Delivery
Only once you have confirmed you are 100% happy with your portrait or photo, will we will then send you either your high-quality JPEG file via email, your high-quality print printed on 210gsm card or both depending on your order, via your chosen delivery option.
